Keine Sorge – der Lösungsweg ist super simpel und dauert keine zwei Sekunden. Wortwörtlich.
3️⃣ Disqualifikationen vermeiden
Jedes Jahr müssen wir leider Teams disqualifizieren, weil im Draft etwas übersehen wurde.

Don’t worry – the fix is super simple and takes literally two seconds.
3️⃣ Avoiding Disqualifications
Every year, we unfortunately have to disqualify teams because something gets overlooked in the draft.
LET’S TRY TO PREVENT THAT THIS YEAR!

Wir haben mittlerweile von lediglich 31 Managern in einem höheren vierstelligen Teilnehmerfeld Rückmeldungen erhalten, dass es vereinzelt – je nach Endgerät und Browser – zu Login-Problemen kommen kann.
Hier der Lösungsweg, falls ihr davon betroffen seid!
Wir arbeiten bereits daran, das Problem systemseitig zu beheben.
Bis dahin funktioniert folgender Weg, damit ihr euch zu 100 % einloggen könnt.
Keine Sorge – das Ganze ist super schnell und einfach zu beheben.
Ihr müsst im Grunde gar nichts machen:
Wenn ihr eure Login-Daten und euer Passwort eingebt, friert vereinzelt der Bildschirm ein.
Das sieht dann so aus, wie auf den folgenden Bildern:
Oben: das Fehlerbild auf Handy (links) und Desktop (rechts).
Unten: die Ansicht nach der Behebung – der ganz normale Teamnamen-Vergabe-Screen. Wieder: links Handy, rechts Desktop.

So far, only 31 managers out of a high four-digit participant field have reported that some users experience login issues, depending on their device or browser.
Here’s the solution, in case you’re affected!
We’re already working on a system-side fix.
Until then, the following quick workaround ensures you can log in 100 % successfully.
No worries – it’s super quick and simple to resolve.
You basically don’t have to do anything:
When you enter your login credentials and password, the screen may occasionally freeze.
It looks like this in the screenshots below:

🇩🇪 Was muss man dafür tun?
Ganz einfach 👇
1️⃣ Ladet den identischen Tab, in dem ihr das Passwort gerade eingegeben habt, einfach noch einmal neu, wenn der Screen „einfriert“.
- 📱 Auf dem Handy: Den Tab zb. einfach nach unten ziehen, dann lädt er neu.
- 💻 Auf dem Desktop: Einfach den Reload-Kreis klicken oder z. B. F5 drücken.
ODER
2️⃣ Öffnet im gleichen Browser einfach einen neuen Tab mit unserer Seite.
Dort nun auf den US-Manager-Button klicken und schon seid ihr im Teamnamen-Vergabe-Screen. 🎯

Super simple 👇
1️⃣ Just reload the same tab where you entered your password if the screen freezes.
- 📱 On mobile: Simply pull down the tab to refresh it.
- 💻 On desktop: Click the reload icon or press F5.
OR
2️⃣ In the same browser, open a new tab with our website.
Then click on the US Manager button – and you’ll be right there on the team name setup screen. 🎯

🇩🇪 ACHTUNG: Team-Check vor dem Start 🏀
Jedes Jahr müssen wir leider einige Teams disqualifizieren, weil beim Draft etwas übersehen oder unvollständig geblieben ist.
Lasst es uns dieses Jahr gemeinsam verhindern! 💪
Die Lösung ist super simpel:
Achtet darauf, dass euer Team exakt 15 Spieler umfasst.
Bitte denkt daran:
In eurem Team müssen exakt 15 Spieler stehen – 12 reichen nicht.
Wenn es nicht genau 15 Spieler sind, kann euer Team leider nicht am Spielstart teilnehmen.
Stellt außerdem sicher, dass ihr mindestens folgende Positionen besetzt habt:
• mindestens 5 Guards
• mindestens 5 Forwards
• mindestens 2 Center
Die restlichen 3 Spieler könnt ihr frei verteilen auf alle Positionsarten!
In der Draft- bzw. Team-Übersicht findet ihr oben rechts neben eurem Teamnamen eine praktische Anzeige (siehe Bild unten):
Sie zeigt euch, wie viele Rosterplätze ihr bereits belegt habt.
Ein Warnhinweis erscheint nur dann, wenn noch etwas ungültig ist.
Wenn kein Warnhinweis erscheint, ist euer Team ready to go! 🙌🎉
🇬🇧 3️⃣ Avoiding Disqualifications in the Draft Process – how?
🇬🇧 ATTENTION: Team Check Before the Start 🏀
Every year, we unfortunately have to disqualify a few teams because something in the draft was overlooked or left incomplete.
Let’s make sure that doesn’t happen this year! 💪
The solution is super simple:
Make sure your team consists of exactly 15 players.
Please remember:
Your team must have exactly 15 players – 12 are not enough.
If it’s not exactly 15, your team unfortunately cannot participate at game start.
Also make sure that you have at least the following positions filled:
• at least 5 Guards
• at least 5 Forwards
• at least 2 Centers
The remaining 3 players can be freely distributed across any positions!
In the Draft or Team Overview, you’ll find a helpful display at the top right next to your team name (see image below):
It shows you how many roster spots are already filled.
A warning message will only appear if something is still invalid.
the German message says “Ungültig” (meaning “Invalid”).
If no warning appears, your team is ready to go! 🙌🎉
